Yamaha R125

Yamaha R125 its another creation of Yamaha along with new Yamaha R15. R125 is launched in India and its bookings are already started. This bike is designed by the engineers who created our YZF-R1 and YZF-R6. So there is no doubt that it will kick off all other 125cc bikes on road. Talking about the specifications it has got 124.66cc engine with 4-valve. It has got maximum torque of 12.24 Nm @ 8,000 rpm. So imagine the speed which it can make out. I think it will be around 125kmph. It has got front and rear disc and this is the first Indian bike to have this option. And also this is the first Indian full faired vehicle.

I hope this information is helpful to you, visit my blog regularly to get more updates. Thank you.

NEW! Dirt Devil® AccuCharge™

5238dd240x180public
I hate vacuuming. I always have. When I was a kid and my mother wanted me to vacuum, I pulled out my secret weapon: my cockerpoo. Do you know what a cockerpoo is?

A cockerpoo is a dog, half cocker spaniel and half poodle. We loved that little mutt. His name was Skippy. And he ate EVERYTHING. Crayons, balloons, potato chips, the yukky peas that we kids tossed on the floor during dinner. (The stuff that came out the other end of Skippy was always very colorful and a bit of a scavenger hunt). We were bad, I know. And I still hate peas, to this day. But I no longer toss them under the table! Instead…. I…. vacuum. *sigh* but I still hate vacuuming.

At least, I DID hate it. I have seen that vacuums are finally starting to improve. For one, they are smaller and easier to handle. (Those avacado green canisters of the 70s were monstrous– remember those?). Another important feature is energy-efficiency, which I haven’t seen on too many vacuums. The Dirt Devil vacuum crushes all competition! There’s the new AccuCharge Stick Vac and Hand Vac! The AccuCharge is the first cordless machine to get Energy Star approval. The Dirt Devil uses 70% less energy– amazing!

Now, the Dirt Devil is not as cute as Skippy was. And Skippy was pretty energy-efficient, too, although I doubt he would have received an Energy Star rating. But let’s face it, what housewife really wants a dog’s saliva slobbering all over her floors? Not me. I’ll have the dog in the doghouse and the Dirt Devil AccuCharge in the broom closet! And seriously, any new appliance that saves energy– and energy is very expensive here in New York State– is worth it’s weight in gold.

Honda CBF 1000

I am going to write about Honda CBF 1000. Its a new invention of Honda. Here comes its specifications: 998cc, in-line four-cylinder four-stroke with 16 valves; 97bhp at 8,000rpm, 68lb ft torque at 6,500rpm. Six-speed gearbox, chain final drive. Performance: top speed 125mph (est), average fuel consumption N/A. The things I like in this bike is its stability, comfort, engine punchiness, quality. It has also some drawbacks, that is it has got high-rev vibration, fiddly screen adjustment, conservative styling which spoils the quality of this bike. Totally my rating towards this bike is 7/10.

In the final days of Marcus Aurelius' reign, the aging emperor angers his son Commodus by making it known that he wants Maximus, a fearsome and respected Roman general, to be his successor. Power-hungry Commodus kills his father and orders the death of Maximus. But the latter flees, only to discover that his wife and child have been murdered by Commodus. Captured, Maximus is forced into slavery, where he is sold to Proximo, a former gladiator who serves as both mentor and slavemaster. Maximus trains as a gladiator in the arena, where his fame grows. He goes to Rome, intent on avenging the murder of his wife and son by killing the new emperor Commodus. CBZ

Hero Honda CBZ/CBZ , launched in early 1999 by Hero Honda Motors India Ltd, was the first sports oriented 4-stroke bike. Sporting an original Honda 156.8 cc engine, it made good (by Indian standards) 12.8PS of power which was sufficient enough to propel it to a Speedo indicated 125 km/h. The styling was out of the exemplary with not a single ounce of excess or less fat! The bike looked very sporty and was aesthetically perfect. Sufficient mid-range torque ensured a 0-60 km/h (0-40 mph) in just 5.4 seconds.

The over-square engine, that met Euro1, was fed by a Keihin slide type carburetor with accelerator pump for better pick-up. It featured a single front ventilated disc brake, which was a first in India. It also featured the first 5-speed gearbox on a 4-stroke bike. It had excellent acceleration figures, for a relatively heavy 130 kg Kerb weight. The handling of this bike was the highlight. It was capable of doing corners at relativel

Confirmation Report Of Yamaha R15

Finally the bike is displayed in almost all the famous show rooms. This bike is displayed in a show room in Chennai and I went to see the bike. I was very eager to know about the bike. I asked many questions but I could get answer only for some of them. The told about bhp figures its around 22 bhp. When I asked about top speed they told the bike is crossing 150 km/hr easily and its highly stable. The cost of the bike will be around 950000Rs on road. They did not tell about mileage and they did not tel about releasing date. But they told in a guess that this will release in next month.

Regarding the look of the bike I am really tensed to see the rear part. Its majestic in front but the rear is not compromising. My suggestion is after buying the bike change the rear tyre and mud guard. If Yamaha people realize this and if they do some changes to rear then i would say there is no flaw in this bike. There are 2 colors blue and black. Black looks royal. My choice will be black.

Shift Your Gear Correctly

Today I will share something which I know about transmission. It is important to shift your gear in correct rpm. Doing so will give you high performance in your current ride as well as entire bike performance. This gear shifting differs fron machine to machine. If you are a trained rider you should be able to read the sound of the engine and do shifting. That is do not allow your bike to roar, and do not shift in lower sound. You give throttle till the engine feels little tight this time you will hear some noice this is the perfect time for shifting. Go ahead and try it!

Problem In Top Speed

You may experienced some problems with your bike regarding top speed. That is some have issues related to mileage. Some people have issues related to speed. I have solutions for both the cases. For the first case that is mileage you need to check your upgraded parts like filter and silencers. If you don't have filter matching your bike it may cause undesirable effect. So it also cause lower speed. For the issues related to the speed if you experience lower top speed ans lower rpms then I am sure that your spark plug is not clean. Just remove the spark plug and wipe the gap with sand paper so that it will have more reactive power. Thus we can get uninterrupted sparks. If you fix these two basic issues you will definitely see increase in performance of your bike. Thank you!

Ducati

Wow, have you tested the 1098? a real rocket!!! I drove it a few days ago!!!
My monster is nothing if I compare it with the 1098. The power gives you a rush!!!! But i have to say, the bike is very uncomfortable on the regular road. I think to drive it on a race track must be amazing. Anyway, it is a great bike. I just got a other Duccati a week ago. Nothing new, it is a 900ss built 1993. I can't say the bike is very pretty, but it is a classic ducati with some charisma.

Well, if you want to find the limit of your bike, and if you really want to improve your riding, go on a race track! on the road you will NEVER find the limit plus it is very dangerous, especially with a rocket like your 1098. Of course you can also improve your riding on the road, my suggestion is: ride as much as possible!!! It may be as much as about 10'000km a year, and that gives me the routine that i can say, yes i feel comfortable. I don't know how much you people will ride, but if you want to, we can also meet somewhere and go for a ride together. Inform me soon we will meet.

Honda CBF 600 S and N

It only takes a mile or so astride the CBF 600 to get to grips with it. Everything is easy and natural, from the riding position to the smoothness of the controls, including the sharpness of steering and flexibility of the engine from the lowest engine speeds. Traffic jams become a mere formality. No jolts caused by the fuel injection tarnish the pleasure of low-speed manoeuvres, the gearbox responds to the slightest touch of your boot. Without a doubt, the CBF will appeal to young motorcycle licence holders, but city-dwelling bikers shouldn’t be immune to this general ease of riding.

The technical specification of this bike is liquid-cooled 16-valve inline-4 cylinder with engine capacity 599 cc. This engine is electronic injection with maximum power output of 76 hp at 10,500 rpm. This bikei has double disc at front and one disc at the back. Top speed of this bike is over 200 km/h (124 mph).Average fuel consumption is 6 l/100 km and average range before reserve is 270 km.

2008 BMW HP2 Sport

With a staggering 130 horsepower, the HP 2 Sport features the most powerful Boxer engine ever designed by BMW Motorrad. For the first time ever, double overhead camshafts are included in our famous opposed twin cylinder motor, kicking out even more revs. Making the HP2 Sport even more track-ready is new Quickshifter technology, which means faster gear changes without having to chop the throttle or use the clutch. Add a fully adjustable Ohlins sport front and rear suspension, Radial mounted Brembo Monobloc brakes, a lightweight carbon fiber aerodynamic fairing, not to mention forged racing wheels and tires and a MotoGP-inspired cockpit that computes lap times and other racing data, and the result is one of the most advanced sport bikes to ever scorch the tarmac. So friends what you have to do is just Throttle up and Blast off...

New Yamaha FZ 150

The team Yamaha was thinking about their favourite wrestler in mind while designing this bike it seems because this has got a great muscular look. This bike gets its looks from the global FZ series known for awesome looks and tremendous power. Everything about this bike is big, the wide tyres, the huge tank, the beefy forks. Viewed side on it looks like a well built athelete on the start line flexing its muscles, waiting to smash all the records. The engine will be a 150cc air cooled unit but tuned for low and mid range torque than top end rush, so expect this to be an effortless performer. Coming from Yamaha, expect top class finish and highest quality cycle parts. More technical specifications comes in future posts so keep visiting my site.
